Privacy policy

CrowRush is designed to collect as little information as possible. We do not operate user accounts, player profiles or our own user-tracking database.

1. Our approach to privacy

CrowRush is operated by NNP Solutions Ltd (“NNP Solutions”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

We have designed CrowRush and this website so that we do not need to create user accounts, maintain player profiles or build our own database of personal information about visitors or players.

We do not intentionally collect or retain personal information for profiling, analytics, direct marketing or the sale of personal information.

However, third-party services used to operate, distribute, advertise or support CrowRush may process certain information independently. These services include advertising providers such as Google and distribution platforms such as Apple, Google Play and Steam.

2. Information we do not collect or store

CrowRush does not require you to create an account and we do not maintain our own database containing personal information about players or website visitors.

In particular, we do not intentionally maintain:

  • player accounts or player profiles;
  • names, home addresses or telephone numbers;
  • dates of birth;
  • precise location histories;
  • contact lists;
  • photos, videos or microphone recordings;
  • health or biometric information;
  • government identification information;
  • payment-card or bank-account information;
  • password databases;
  • behavioural advertising profiles;
  • our own cross-site or cross-app tracking identifiers; or
  • our own analytics database identifying individual users.

We do not sell personal information.

3. Google advertising

CrowRush is supported, or may in future be supported, by advertising. We may use Google advertising services, including Google AdSense on this website and Google AdMob or the Google Mobile Ads SDK within CrowRush.

Although NNP Solutions does not maintain its own advertising profile database, Google and its advertising partners may process information when an advertisement is requested, displayed, viewed or interacted with.

This information may include, depending on the service and your device:

  • your IP address;
  • general or approximate location derived from an IP address;
  • browser, operating-system and device information;
  • device or advertising identifiers;
  • cookies or similar technologies;
  • advertisements shown to your device;
  • advertising interactions;
  • application interaction information;
  • performance information;
  • diagnostic information; and
  • non-user-related crash information.

This processing is performed by Google or other advertising technology providers rather than being stored in a CrowRush player database operated by NNP Solutions.

Depending on your location, settings, age, consent choices and applicable law, advertisements may be personalised, non-personalised, limited or otherwise restricted.

Non-personalised advertising does not necessarily mean that no information is processed. Advertising providers may still use information or device technologies for purposes such as ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency management, security and aggregated advertising measurement.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

NNP Solutions does not use cookies to create its own advertising profile of you.

Third-party services used on the CrowRush website, particularly Google advertising services, may place or read cookies or use similar technologies when advertisements or related services are loaded.

These technologies may be used for purposes including delivering advertisements, measuring advertisement performance, preventing fraud, limiting how often an advertisement is shown and, where permitted, providing personalised advertising.

Where applicable law requires permission before non-essential advertising technologies are used, we will use an appropriate consent or privacy-choice mechanism.

You may also be able to control cookies through your browser and advertising permissions through your device, operating system, Google account or the privacy controls presented by the relevant advertising provider.

5. Advertising consent

Privacy and advertising requirements differ around the world. Where consent, an opt-out or another privacy choice is legally required, we intend to provide the appropriate mechanism before requesting advertising that requires that permission.

This can include consent mechanisms supplied through Google's advertising and privacy products.

In regions where consent is required for advertising cookies, device identifiers, personalised advertising or related processing, the choices presented to you will determine the advertising mode that may be used.

Declining personalised advertising does not necessarily prevent all advertising. Where permitted, you may instead receive non-personalised, limited or contextual advertising.

6. CrowRush mobile applications

The CrowRush game itself does not require a CrowRush user account and NNP Solutions does not maintain its own player-profile database.

If Google Mobile Ads or another advertising service is enabled in the game, that service may process device and advertising information as described in this policy and in the service provider's own privacy documentation.

Your operating system and application store may also process information independently of CrowRush. For example, Apple, Google and Valve may process information associated with downloading, purchasing, updating or using applications distributed through their platforms.

Those companies control their own systems and their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies and account settings.

7. App Tracking Transparency and device permissions

On platforms where permission is required before an application may access an advertising identifier or perform certain forms of tracking, CrowRush will respect the choice made through the operating system.

Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, denying permission will not prevent you from playing CrowRush.

Advertising may still be displayed where legally permitted, but available advertising features may be more limited.

8. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, the information contained in your message is necessarily transmitted through email systems so that we can receive and answer it.

We do not use correspondence to create marketing profiles or add you to advertising lists.

Email providers and other communications providers may independently process and temporarily retain communications as part of delivering, securing and operating their services.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information or any other sensitive information that is not necessary for your enquiry.

9. Children and younger players

CrowRush may be enjoyed by a broad audience, including younger players. We therefore aim to minimise data processing and do not require children to create a CrowRush account or profile.

We do not knowingly sell children's personal information or use information collected directly by NNP Solutions to create behavioural advertising profiles of children.

Advertising shown to children or users whose age requires special treatment must be handled in accordance with applicable law, platform requirements and the advertising provider's child-directed or age-appropriate settings.

Where a jurisdiction requires parental consent, age-appropriate advertising, restricted data processing or another protection for younger users, we intend to apply the relevant protection.

A parent or guardian who has a privacy concern relating to CrowRush may contact us at [email protected] .

10. Third-party services

CrowRush and this website may interact with services operated by third parties. These may include:

  • Google AdSense;
  • Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK;
  • Google privacy and consent services;
  • Apple and the Apple App Store;
  • Google Play;
  • Steam and Valve;
  • website hosting and content-delivery providers;
  • domain-name and security providers; and
  • email providers.

These third parties may process information for their own legitimate purposes or on our behalf depending on the service involved.

Their processing is subject to their respective terms, privacy policies and applicable law. NNP Solutions does not control information processed independently by those third parties.

11. Payments and purchases

NNP Solutions does not ask you to provide payment-card or banking information directly through CrowRush.

If CrowRush, downloadable content or another product is purchased through an application store or distribution platform, payment processing is performed by the relevant platform or payment provider under its own privacy terms.

12. International processing

CrowRush is operated from the United Kingdom but may be available to users in other countries and territories.

Third-party providers such as advertising, hosting, platform and communications providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live.

Those providers are responsible for using appropriate international transfer mechanisms where required by applicable law.

13. Your privacy rights worldwide

Privacy rights vary depending on where you live. Where an applicable privacy or data-protection law gives you rights in relation to personal information, those rights remain available to you.

Depending on your jurisdiction, these may include rights to:

  • know whether personal information is being processed;
  • access personal information;
  • request correction of inaccurate information;
  • request deletion of information;
  • restrict certain processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • receive information in a portable format;
  • opt out of certain targeted or personalised advertising;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable;
  • appeal certain privacy decisions where local law provides that right;
  • avoid unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights; and
  • complain to the relevant privacy or data-protection authority.

Because NNP Solutions does not maintain a CrowRush user-account or player-profile database, in many cases we may have no personal information about you that we can identify, retrieve, correct or delete.

Information controlled independently by Google, Apple, Valve or another third party must generally be managed through that provider's privacy controls or by contacting that provider.

14. Privacy authorities and regulators

You may have the right to raise a concern with the privacy, data-protection, consumer-protection or other competent supervisory authority responsible for privacy matters in your country, state, province or territory.

In the United Kingdom, the relevant data-protection regulator is the Information Commissioner's Office.

If you live elsewhere, you may contact the appropriate supervisory or privacy authority for the jurisdiction in which you live or work, where applicable.

Nothing in this privacy policy is intended to restrict any privacy right that cannot lawfully be restricted under the law applicable to you.

15. California and other US state privacy laws

Residents of California and other US states may have additional privacy rights where the relevant state privacy law applies.

NNP Solutions does not sell personal information for money and does not maintain its own behavioural advertising profile database.

Third-party advertising technologies may nevertheless constitute “sharing”, “targeted advertising” or a similar regulated activity under some privacy laws depending on how those services are configured.

Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of such processing, CrowRush or the relevant service provider will make the required privacy control available where technically and legally applicable.

16. European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland

Where European or UK data-protection and electronic-communications rules apply, advertising technologies that require consent will not intentionally be activated without the privacy choice required by applicable law.

Where Google requires an approved consent-management solution for its advertising services, we intend to use an appropriate Google-compatible consent mechanism.

You may withdraw or change advertising consent through the privacy controls made available on the website or within the application where such controls are required.

17. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and similar signals

Browsers, devices and privacy tools may provide signals indicating that a user wishes to limit certain forms of tracking or data sharing.

Where applicable law requires a recognised opt-out signal to be honoured, we and the relevant service providers will use available mechanisms to respect that signal.

Because advertising and platform technologies are largely operated by third parties, the effect of a signal may also depend on the capabilities and policies of those providers.

18. Security

One of the main ways we reduce privacy risk is by not maintaining a CrowRush database of personal player information in the first place.

We also aim to use reputable service providers and appropriate technical protections for the website, game and associated services.

No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security, including services operated by third parties.

19. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update this policy when CrowRush changes, when we introduce or remove third-party services, when advertising technology changes or when privacy requirements change.

The date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, application or another appropriate method where required.
