In short
- You receive a personal licence to play CrowRush; you do not own or resell the game or its assets.
- Do not cheat, bypass security or disrupt the game and its services.
- Store purchase rules also apply, and UK rights for faulty digital content remain protected.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms form an agreement between you and NNP Solutions Ltd when you download, access or play CrowRush (the “Game”). Platform terms from Apple, Google, Valve or another distributor also apply. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms and any purchase with you.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and play the Game on compatible devices for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the relevant platform rules. The Game is licensed, not sold.
3. Acceptable use
You must not cheat, exploit faults, bypass security, interfere with services, distribute modified copies, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, use the Game commercially without permission, or use it in a way that is unlawful or harms another person.
4. Purchases and virtual items
Any price, recurring charge, key limitation and purchase condition must be shown clearly before you buy. Purchases are processed by the platform store and its payment and refund rules also apply. Virtual items, if offered, have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the Game unless we explicitly say otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory consumer rights.
5. Updates, availability and online features
We may provide patches, balance changes and new content. We may change or retire online features for a legitimate reason, taking reasonable steps to give notice where appropriate. We do not promise that every device, feature or service will remain available indefinitely.
6. Ownership and user content
The Game, characters, artwork, music, code and branding are owned by or licensed to us. If a future feature lets you submit content, you must own the necessary rights and must not submit unlawful, abusive or privacy-invasive material. Feature-specific rules will be provided before that functionality launches.
7. Safety, privacy and children
Play responsibly and take breaks. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We design services likely to be accessed by children with their best interests in mind and will assess final data flows, profiling, advertising and age-assurance measures before launch.
8. Faulty digital content and liability
UK consumers have statutory rights when digital content is faulty, including remedies that may include repair, replacement or a price reduction. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from consumer use.
9. Suspension and ending the agreement
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or services, investigate serious misuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using and uninstall the Game at any time. Terms concerning ownership, liability and disputes continue where their nature requires.
10. Law, changes and contact
English law applies, while consumers retain mandatory protections and court rights in their home country. We may update these terms for legal, security, technical or service changes and will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Contact [email protected] with questions or complaints.
